water isnt reaching tub faucet.

Basement tenants said that water wasnt reaching their tub faucet this morning. They said the faucet was working the previous evening, and there was no notable difference in water pressure at the time. I went and tested the faucet, and nothing came out, and I couldnt hear or feel any air either. I cut the dry wall from behind the faucet, and felt the lines, and the their temperatures were same and the surrounding. I didnt see any ice on the lines leading to the faucet, and I couldnt find any leaks from the water lines or from behind the faucet. The basement toilet, bathroom and kitchen sinks are running fine. I feel like something blocking the water from coming through, but I dont know from what level the block is located. How else can I diagnose this issue? What is the likelihood that I will have to replace the faucet? Im going to disassemble the faucet anyways to see whats going on. submitted by /u/wazabee [link] [comments]
