Toilet Base Separated From Cistern

A quick one - so coming out of the shower I managed to slip - (luckily) I hit my lower back off the toilet which seems to come clean out but the cistern itself stayed against the wall. So there is no leak at the moment but just wondering what the next point of action is for me? There's a tiler due in there at some stage in the near future but what can I do now or am I okay to leave it as it is? I haven't a clue about plumbing. I've seen videos that say to do something with the water valve but I'd prefer to just not go near it.. Will the shower/sink in the same room be okay to use or will the toilet cause an issue? And the other toilet in the house okay to use? Edit; Link below has the two images - the towel is covering the pipe thing.. https://imgur.com/a/ViDPiQw submitted by /u/theNewOM [link] [comments]
