The kitchen sink is slow draining but nothing is clogged

Hi everyone, since last weekend, my sink started to have a very slow draining, but I don't really know what's happening here. What I've tried: I removed all the pipes, and they are all clean. I snaked the pipes (5m), and nothing was blocking them. My most recent finding: If I slightly unscrew the grey screw in the grey pipe (check photo), some air gets in, and the draining comes back to normal until it starts flooding the opening, which is not ideal :D PS: Bear with me, I know nothing about plumbing, and I'm probably using all the wrong terms here. https://preview.redd.it/05j9qnnckpr61.png?width=1162&format=png&auto=webp&s=fd95c08978655323f371356ee54bfe84fd578e44 submitted by /u/LoremIpsum83 [link] [comments]

The kitchen sink is slow draining but nothing is clogged

Hi everyone, since last weekend, my sink started to have a very slow draining, but I don't really know what's happening here.

What I've tried:

  1. I removed all the pipes, and they are all clean.
  2. I snaked the pipes (5m), and nothing was blocking them.

My most recent finding:

If I slightly unscrew the grey screw in the grey pipe (check photo), some air gets in, and the draining comes back to normal until it starts flooding the opening, which is not ideal :D

PS: Bear with me, I know nothing about plumbing, and I'm probably using all the wrong terms here.
