How To Make Rice Water?
Soak 100 gm of rice in 2 cups of water for 4 to 5 hours. After 5 hours, strain the rice water and transfer it to a spray bottle.
1. Brown Rice and Orange Tightening and Smoothing Toner: Soak some rice into ½ cup of plain water and leave it for few hrs or overnight. When the water turns little dusky or milky, then drain the water in a bowl. Here I used brown rice but you can also use white plain rice. Now add 1 spoon of fresh rose water to it and mix it nicely. Now make fresh juice of orange and add 1 table spoon of that juice with the rice water. Mix all the ingredients nicely. Your facial toner is ready to use now.
2. Rice and Aloe Vera Toner: Take 1/4 cup of rice water and add 2 tbsp of aloe vera gel. Mix well and transfer to a spray bottle. After you take the makeup down towards the end of the day, spray on this rice water toner and wake up to beautiful skin.
3. Rice and Green Tea Toner: Take 1/4 cup of water and brew one cup of green tea. Let it cool. Mix both green tea and rice water together, and transfer to a spray bottle. This is a wonderful way to boost your skin with antioxidant benefits of green tea and rice water.
4.Rice Water and Apple Cider Vinegar Toner: Take 1/2 cup rice water and 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar. Mix well and transfer to a spray bottle. Spray it on whenever you feel that your skin is feeling congested, has blemishes, or has breakouts. Apple cider vinegar is an anti-bacterial ingredient which regulates pH of skin, tightens facial pores, and boosts blood circulation.
